I created project.fixit with the default quota for use in email
reporting of non-urgent problems to the Phys Plant Operations Center.
The volume is mounted in /afs/.sipb/project/, and has a .backup volume
mounted as OldFiles.
After the next Hesiod update, mailhub update and project volume
release it should be possible to "add fixit; fixit" to report a
problem just as with sendbug.
Did I miss anything?
