I created project.linux.scheme on rosebud2:/vicepc, mounted on
/afs/sipb/project/linux/lockers/scheme, with a quota of 25MB, writable
by system:gsipbbin.
This is for storing Linux binaries for MIT scheme, and will also be
pointed to by the NetBSD binary directory for now because MIT Scheme
hasn't yet been ported to NetBSD and the port isn't trivial.
