I created project.sgi with a quota of 100MB on rosebud2:/vicepb. The
purpose of this volume, as described in its top-level README file, is:

This directory is for SGI development that does not belong
anywhere else. This is NOT a production locker intended to be
user-visible, and should NOT be considered a permanent
repository of anything. It was created in order that SIPB
members could build programs which are missing in the current
	Athena release.

The main thing I had in mind when creating project.sgi is to build the
Kerberos server programs (probably using the Cygnus kerberos source,
for convenience) and the telnet programs. Some of these have been
built in /afs/net/system/sgi_52, but the telnetd there doesn't work,
for instance, and there isn't an rlogind that I could find.
