So that accounts can create a valid filsys entry for mycroft's account
when Yoav requests it, I created the volume user.mycroft on
rosebud2:/vicepc and mounted it in /afs/.sipb/user/mycroft.
The mountpoint is still owned by root, and the acl on the volume is
the default acl with permissions for system:administrators only.
mycroft does not exist in the SIPB AFS cell PTS database, and won't
until his account is created. At that time, I will create the PTS
entry, chown the mountpoint, and set the normal permissions.
