Tom Yu and I added one of the disks that was sitting unmounted on opus
to rosebud. (It was, in fact, the disk that used to be on rosebud, so
it's even labeled correctly now.) It's mounted as /vicepa. We also
created disk.rosebud.b and disk.rosebud.c partitions for the internal
disks. This gives us about 2.4GB of space.

The plan is this: we will move all of the data off of the defective
4GB disk, most of it onto rosebud and rosebud2's 2GB disk. Tom is
doing this now. Tomorrow or Tuesday, when we get the swap disk, we
will take down rosebud2, replace the swap disk in the defective disk's
enclosure, bring up rosebud2, and migrate the data back onto the swap
disk. We can ship back the defective disk as soon as we can verify
that the swap disk is in reasonable condition.

A slight variation on this plan would be to have two outages for
rosebud2, one to remove the defective disk and one to add the new
disk. I don't know if this would be much better.
