When Erik ran his first cpp demonstration command during the unix software
development class last night, he noticed project.iap was over quota.
I bumped the quota up from 5000K to 10000K so he and Wrong Mike could teach
the rest of the class, and decided to leave it there so the other IAP
classes have some space to work in too. :-)
