There are several things that are still running on ronald-anne,
besides the AFS db servers. These should all be moved off, before the
re-install is done.

1) The nightly synctree of the SIPB locker into the Athena cell.
(I think that this reqquires rcmd.ronald-ann tokens in the
	Athena cell)

2) The nightly vos releases of all of the replicated volumes in the
	SIPB cell.

3) Matt's vbck stuff/daemon

4) Anything else I missed

Items 1-3 all involve files in /var/usr/local on r-a. In fact, all of
/var/usr/local should probably be copied somewhere. We should
probably create a service.afs volume, for things like this, and
combine project.rosebud and project.ronald-ann into it. (For obivious
reasons, this volume should be replicated onto both servers.)

In an unrelated issue: I have the box that the 2G disk came in sitting
in my office in E40. Is there any reason I shouldn't throw it out?
