1) I think it is ok to newfs the disks when the re-install is done.
2) I shuffled around some volumes in the cell to try to even out
the load. I moved some stuff around on rosebud2, and I also moved
a few largish volumes off rosebud and onto rosebud2.
The current disk usage is:
