The next meeting of the MIT OS/2 USERS GROUP will be Thursday, August 17
at 5pm in MIT room 2-105. A VoiceType Programmer's Toolkit Specialist
(I apologize for losing the name) with be presenting and demoing IBM's
Voice Dictation and Voice Recognition software and toolkits. If you
haven't seen this technology yet, this meeting is a must. Using this
system, you can control the OS/2 Interface with your voice, including
starting programs, changing windows, accessing menus, and dictating
text. Two thumbs up!
Also, with this message, I would like to welcome all of our new members
who joined us at OS/2 World, and to congratulate Howard Trachtman, the
winner of our new members drawing for a copy of OS/2 Warp Connect!
