I'm running WebExplorer.  I'd like to make a connection to comp.os.os2.misc, but my browser says that URL is abandoned.  What do I do to use these newsgroups (I've never used a newsgroup before - is there a fee?).  I'm a physicist at Harvard Medical School.  Doug Wagenaar
