OS/2 World is coming to Boston in July and we (the MIT OS/2 Users Group)
have a booth in the exhibit hall. Now we need to do something with it.
First of all, we need to staff it. At the very least, we would like to
have two or three people in the booth at all times to talk to people.
Here are the show hours:

	Tue July 18, 2:00pm -- 7:00pm
	Wed July 19, 10:00am -- 6:00pm
	Thu July 20, 10:30am -- 3:30pm

Plus, we'll need people to help set up the booth (there really won't be
that much to do) on Tuesday, 10-12. Email me and let me know when you
can be there. I need to get your names and hours as soon as possible so
we can put together a schedule and I can get badges for you. You do
want to be there Tuesday evening for the "Taste of Boston" reception.

Also, if anyone wants to do anything in the booth: set up a computer,
demo some M.I.T. software, juggle, let me know. I mainly want to
recruit speakers and presenters for next year's User Group meetings, but
there will be plently of room in the booth for other projects. If you
want to build a display and bring it, if you want to write a newsletter
and hand it out, if you want to dance, if you want to make an "MIT OS/2
User Group" sign, just do it. And let me know. All we have in the
booth now is a table, a carpet, two chairs, and me. Not exciting.

The July MIT OS/2 User Group meeting will be Thursday, July 20, after
the exhibit hall closes, and will feature Nancy Ziegler from IBM to talk
about what IBM is doing/can do to promote OS/2 in Higher Education.

This is going to be fun. I look forward to working/playing with you.

--> Kent Lundberg.
