Well, if they had to be short on one of the five volumes, I'm glad that they were short on the Print Subsystem volume. I got my other volumes about two weeks after I got my volume 3 in the mail. I've already flamed to IBM representatives that their order system generates a misleading shipping statement for the volume 3 package.
