Subject: IPF2HTML
Kent, I've been a reader of the on-line FAQ file, and I'm interested in
your IPF2HTML processor. In my spare time, I'm a book collector
(19th century Horatio Alger), and I've converted one or two of his
books into INF files. I'm very interested in converting the IPF and
BMP source into HTML and GIF, for publication/viewing on the Internet.
I understand IBM will be adding an IPF2HTML like utility to a
forthcoming version of Hyperwise, but was interested in your utility
as well for comparison purposes. On the IPF2HTML page, there was a
discussion of, but no pointer to where I could obtain your program to
try. I am somewhat experienced with IPF (altho I don't try too many
fancy things). Let me know if it's not yet available (I'd be willing
to help beta-test).
Also, Tim Sipples has released the Warp version of the OS2FAQ file.
Will you be posting a converted version of that anytime soon? I
demonstrate Internet sites as part of OS/2 Warp demos I do for IBM
(next one will be in NYC at the Merisel SofTeach for resellers, Sat-Sun,
3/18-19 at the Grand Hyatt), and I'd like to show a Warp FAQ file online
if I could. Thanks,
