I'd like to find an HTML reader for OS/2 (one that just reads
HTML files from disk). I want to be able use it for writing
help systems and on-line tutorials for programs.
(These programs run on an interpreter, so a reader with code I
can graft onto that would be the exactly the sort of thing
I'm after.)
I'd be greatful for any suggestions you might have.
