Finally, a copy!

After sending e-mail with a long detailed outline of my efforts so far
in coercing my upgrade 2.0 copy from IBM to an IBM'er in the UK whose
job is unrelated to OS/2 and having him forward to someone else in the
U.S. who apparently turned up the heat and moved my order forward in the
queue, I finally have my upgrade bopy via Airborne Express.
I'm going to try to get my concerns and complaints to the right people
at IBM so they can consider the problems I ran into if they are allowed
to redesign the OS/2 marketing and distribution system.
Now I just have to take enough time to reorganize several hundred
megabytes of files and actually install the OS.
