To Whom It May Concern:

I have just purchased OS2/Warp. I am anxious to get going. I have
one problem. I have gone with the CD-ROM version. I have A SONY
CDU-33A drive. I have modified the basedev= statement in my start
up config.sys file, yet I still get that red error screen message
telling me that the install disk can not access my CD-ROM drive.
I called support and they told me to download the latest .ADD
file for the SONY drive that I own. I did that and followed the
update instructions, and you guessed it, I am still stuck in the
driveway. I keep calling support, but I can not afford to keep on
hold any longer. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME? Please e-mail with
any suggestions. I am desparate.

Sincerely,

Jerry Loiselle
