The email from asimpson@boston.vnet.ibm.com answered your question
about whether the fullpack would contain additional functionality.
I'll add that my understanding with respect to royalties is that IBM
pays a royalty to Microsoft for every package of the fullpack which is
sold, since they are distributing code which is written and owned by
Microsoft (for the WinOS2 support). If you purchase the Warp for
Windows package, IBM does not pay royalties to Microsoft since they
are not distributing the Windows code with Warp for Windows -- if you
want to use Windows programs under Warp for Windows, you need to have
installed Warp for Windows onto a system which you already have a copy
of Windows, and you've already paid Microsoft for *THAT* copy.
Hope that clears things up.
