I didn't get one so I don't know what's on the CD. If the CD you got is
DevCon 5SE, you have one CD from a two CD pack. DevCon 5 comes on 2 CDs.
DevCon 5SE is a single CD that's supposed to replace the first CD in
DevCon 5.
Try copying the TCPIP files to your hard disk and installing from there.
I don't have a CD-ROM drive so that's what I did with DevCon 5, and it
installed just fine.

1-800-6-DEVCON. They seem to be open 24 hours. Student pricing is
$125/year. Pricing for an additional license (you borrow someone else's
CD) is $75/year.
