I decided to go with DevCon rather than buying Warp and TCP/IP separately.
Unfortunately, IBM is backordered on DevCon 5 SE which has Warp.  I talked
to them about it and they said I have a license and can use someone else's
copy.  Would someone be willing to bring their copy (3.5" floppies) to the
User Group meeting on Thursday?  I'll bring my Thinkpad so I can copy the
disks while we're doing whatever we do at User Group meetings.  I don't
need the Bonus Pack as I've already got TCP/IP and I'm not interested in
Works.  I can provide proof I subscribe to DevCon if you want.
