I just got the official release of Warp at the Electronics Botique at the
Galleria, despite MCC's claim that it isn't released yet, but it won't
install. I had the same problem with the beta II and with the pre-release.

As soon as the Warp title screen has been loaded form disk 1, the system
freezes. It continues to access drive A, but nothing happens and the
keyboard is disabled. The user's guide says that this may be due to a
problem wiht the hard disk controller, and to disable on-board disk caching
and async. memory refreshes. IBM tech support said the same thing, but it
didn't make any difference. As suggested by tech support, I also tried
removing my ethernet and CD controller cards, but this didn't help either.

Tech support also suggested some changes to the config.sys on disk 1, but
these also didn't help. I'm at a loss for what to do. Any one else have
any idea?
