**Connect2it Introduces the Glow in the Dark Probe**
Well not really, but this is indeed what you would get if
you over rated the current on a standard spring contact test probe. The
majority of standard 100, 125, 156 or 187 mil test center probes are only
rated at 5 amps. This could be a big problem where you wanted to apply more
power. Although a test fixture with glowing probes may remind us of a high
tech birthday cake, the attractiveness would rapidly diminish as the
fixture
went into melt down mode. In order to avoid such a situation Connect2it is
pleased to introduce an extensive range of high current probes, from 10amps
all the way through to an amazing 400 amps. Alas, they may not be much fun
to watch in the dark but you can rest assured there will be no need for a
fire extinguisher either.
