Hey there,
The WWW page looks great! I'm happy to see this sort of thing
available for New OS/2 3.0 users when they start accessing the
net this fall. One suggestion: how about a prominantly displayed page
with specific tips and fixes to make DOS and WINDOWS software run
under OS/2. I myself am a new user (I just recently ordered the WARPII BETA)
and installed it on my machine. However, I couldn't get some of my
key applications (Framemaker 4.0 for instance) to work. If there were a
page on WWW where I could find info on how to make it work that included
hypertext FTP links to any files needed that would be tremendous.
I am a seasoned net surfer and know where and how to search for such
things - but most new users of the Internet and OS/2 are probably not.
IMHO, their most important concern with OS/2 3.0 will be getting their
favorite apps to run. If they can hop on the mystical Information
Superhighway and click on "Framemaker 4.0 Tips/Fixes" and get the stuff
they need to make it work in a simple, straightforward, graphical, and fun
way they will be impressed with OS/2, the net, and the seemingly awesome
software support it comes with....
Just my $0.02 ,
Keep up the great work!

P.S. I almost didn't click on Melissa's Stupid OS/2 tricks because
I thought it would be something stupid and worthless - I hope other
people won't misuderstand that title as I almost did
