U.S. President George W. Bush has requested that all radio stations play
"The Star Spangled Banner" December 11th to mark the three-month
anniversary of the September 11th attacks. The President asked that the
anthem be played at 8:46 a.m. E.S.T. coinciding with the exact time the
first airliner hit the north tower of the World Trade Center."
