believed that reappearing of this same contract amount and information is
investigated to have emanated from over invoicing of contract done by the
past military regimes, therefore it is from this fund that I wish to use an=

settle my retirement opportunity and run the next coming presidential
election.
In effect I want you to stand as the beneficiary of this fund while I
arrange the supportive document to back you up so as to enable you claim
this fund which is already in Holland/South Africa with the official I
assigned to Holland/South Africa to carry out first quarter debt settlement
to foreign contractors. I cannot have this fund into my account as I am not
