Problems with pipes

We are a computer entrprise, that develop programs with VisualAge C++ =
for OS/2 Warp 3.0 fixpath35. We have a problem when we make two programs =
that work with pipes and conmute between them with WinSetWindowPos(...). =
The problem is that in a moment of the execution, the program 1 stops en =
the api WinSetWindowPos(...) without going to the next line.
We would be grateful if fou could help us with some solution.
