Yes.  You need the IBM TCP/IP DOS/Win Access Kit, available for TCP/IP
2.0...  It comes with winsock support.  It's also suggested that if
you get this, you should also apply the CSDs to TCP/IP, available from
software.watson.ibm.com or ftp-os2.nmsu.edu...
