I have been trying - it seems for ever - to get the answers to the following questions. Trying to get an answer from IBM has proven impossible. They don't even try, just offering platitudes that are useless.

These are the questions I asked IBM - and got no where.
1.Does os2 support 56kb fax\modems?
2.If so, which one[s]?
3.Does os2 really support 'plug-n-play'?
4.If so, please explain how to use this feature. No one has yet been able [or
perhaps willing at IBM] despite many attempts to get this information.
5.If 'plug-n-play' is supported, what are its limitations, especially concerning
devises such as modems and scanners?
