GENERAL AGREEMENT:
THIS AGREEMENT, made by and between RON KING, hereinafter referred to as "INDEPENDENT LOAN REFERER" and ______________________ hereinafter referred to as "client" is consummated between the two parties and is freely entered and duly recognized by both parties.
REFERERS AGREEMENT:
A.The Referer will guarantee that the client will be approved for the loan or consolidation being sought.

C. The clients deposit is REFUNDABLE if the Referer's service is unable to assist client in obtaining the desired loan or consolidation, provided client provides accurate information to the lender and is denied within the 30 day period.

D. The client will put up a deposit of $50.00 which is refundable upon not getting approved within the 30 day period.
