Please excuse the intrusion. Your email address was linked to a Relational Database site on the web. Consequently I thought I'd take a chance and write, perhaps you can help me.

I am looking to hire a Relational Database Systems Engineer with experience in logical and physical design and performance tuning on an Oracle, Sybase, Informix, or MS SQL RDBMS. This person will work independently, designing and managing the conversion(porting) from one customer datase to our Database and once ported, do the necessary performance tuning. In addition, a stong understanding of Unix will be required. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone to really develop and enhance their technical skill set and I hope you might be able to point me in the right direction for such talent.
This full time employee will be based in the Northeast (anywhere from Boston to Southern New Jersey) with one of the software industry's most recognizable Database companies. The salary would be up to $90,000 and the excellent benefits package would include matching 401K, Medical, dental and profit sharing.
