Yes, it is attempting to use that copy of the WINSOCK DLL.
Unfortunately, as you have found, it is not possible to use WINSOCK
from LWP/DOS 4.1 with LWP/OS2, because LWP/OS2 is only compatible with
LWP/DOS 4.01 programs. We are waiting for Novell to release a newer
version of LWP/OS2, although, as far as I know, there is no guarantee
MIT will get a free upgrade to the site license they donated to us...
