You beat me to the punch, Nate...I did want to post a followup here to let
everyone know that resolution came relatively swiftly (although there's
still more work to be done, the "fire" is out. I wanted to thank everyone
(Bill, David, plus those I haven't communicated directly with (both Arin
and non) for all the help.
It makes me quite proud to be in this field and this community when people
are able to come together to help like this.
