Pretty useless reporting, especially since the reporter apparently didn't 
even do even a little Google research to discover which ISP's (not the 
ones he queried) were "partners" with the the original company, COMPETE, 
that made the claim at the conference.

Marketing people tend to exagerate their capabilities, whatever the 
industry.  Reporters should be skeptical of marketing claims.
