The promises made by the IAHC have not come to pass.
Consumers are confused.

Brokers are pre-registering duplicate names and no one
seems to be concerned. The IAHC advocates appear to
be endorsing these practices.

Now, the people involved in the Registry Industry have
to help clean up the mess. That appears to be the main
activity at this point.
