[pardon me if this off topic - thought I might be able to help from an
operational standpoint]
This is related to running a colo/pop/peering/etc., in a city (primarily
in southern california) where you have no personnel. Issues like remote
hands, shipping equipment, rack & stack, cabling & maintenance (retrofit).
I bet you could get some sort of co-op from the datacenters themselves
too but just in case, you can't reach your employee and need to find
someone in a pinch, I'm willing to help.
