As we have said numerous times, the ISP/C does not currently and will not
in the foreseeable future have the resources to run any TLD functions,
period. This includes the Fleming model (s0.g0), eDNS, IAHC, name.Space,
etcetera. While it may be said that there are directors on the Board who
would like to see this as a viable option, those directors may be leaving
in the coming term.
