Cogent have an outage in Chicago and are blaming AT&T for something...
Anyone got any clue as to what is really going on out there? The support
guy from Cogent I spoke two said they have no ETR for anything and he
agreed that I should leave them turned off for now :-) As usual, Cogent
don't know anything about the problem until five hours after it's fixed.
