apops and apnic will meet 2006.09.04-08 in kaohsiung, taiwan, see

the technical-but-not-policy content that used to be in the apnic
sigs is being moved to the apops part of the meeting. this should
make for a more ops/research-fun nanog-like event.
any ops or research folk who are going, or might be, and would be
willing to present, it would be much appreciated.
