I know of two instances where sprint has informed peers that they will now
be charged. BLIA becomes a LEN. If sprint is putting the squeeze on you
i'd like to hear about it.
Also does anyone know if AT&T, Compuserve, and IBM Global Net and EUNET
have proven large enough to escape UUNET's demands for money fro continued
peering?
