We use them in Northern California.  Mostly SBC.  Their support is fairly
responsive, but anything that needs to be escalated to SBC takes a lot of
time.

Also their NxT1 stuff is per-packet or per-flow(?) only, although I think
they are going to be offering MLPPP soon.
