so, looking for somehting, i am wandering around potaroo etc,
and i find these really strange reports about inconsistent data

http://bgp.potaroo.net/stats/nro/
http://www.potaroo.net/drafts/draft-huston-ipv4-iana-registry-01.html
and they seem to be current, in the sense they look to be generated
daily (except the internet-draft, which i imagine is generated once
a decade).
are these, expecially one registry's data, as <ahem> unhappy as they
seem? and how long has this been the case?
