NANOG list has a FAQ:

which includes the entry, for example:

The FAQ could use an HREF to Fergie's Tech Blog, I think, which I
might suggest shortly if I'm not distracted by more exploding switches.
Followups set to nanog-futures (as we used to say back when usenet
was still used for conversations between humans, and wasn't just a 7-
bit-encoded newsbin transport fabric).
