Like Ran, I get most of my connectivity through MAE-East.
I also find quite large packet loss across MAE-East during most of
east-coast prime time.
I also see total outages of a few min duration, sometimes a number of
them per hour (this could be the route flap Ran mentioned) traceroute
stops at MAE-East during these times.
