No confirmed damage reports from any of the major PTTs or ISPs in
the area.  But they have not said "all clear" either.

As usual, congestion due to mass calling in/out of the region may
be indistinguishable from blocking due to damaged facilities.  A lot
of the on-scene reporting appears to be via satellite facilities.
