Translation:
We don't have a functioning quota filesystem so we'll let subscribers
have as much space as they want and will advertise this as 10GB to make
it appear to be 10 "better" then google. Oh and if somebody does at some
point get to 10GB in his mail, it'll probably crash our system anyway!
