I need to get in touch with RP at hotmail, tried abuse@hotmail.com, which is
only for consumers of hotmail, as it needs to reference a hotmail account. I
tried msnhst@microsoft.com, but have received no response. Is there a more
appropriate known address? This has to do with blocking mail at the server
level. Reply off-list as preferred.
