Indeed; I'll even give an idea for free:

4 port OC192 IR $1030k
4 port OC192 VSR - $330k
                    ------
                  =3D $700k

Someone cares to manufacture a 4-port VSR <-> IR converter for less than
$700k list? or a VSR <-> LR for less than $1M?

Michel.
