I'd like to discuss a strange problem experienced by one
of my users in San Francisco. She is connected to Earthlink DSL,
and traceroute reveals 63.211.150.25 as first routable IP address.
If there is someone here, who [cw]ould discuss connectivity issue
between Earthlink DSL customer and Savvis/Exodus hosted network,
