Postfix will let you do SMTP authentication from one mail server
to another, and to address the person who said a school was brute-
forced, this is from server to server, not everyday-client to
server.

If you can't set a secure password on server to server relations
(it's not like you need to remember it, generate some random
concoction of 1-100 characters and use that as a password).

It's like the same thing as setting up a BGP password or a RADIUS
secret, once it's set, it's not going to be changed often (or at
all), let alone remembered.
