Genuity/Verizon Online filtering port 135?

I have some customers using Verizon Online DSL in Washington state,
and they are seeing TCP/135 port filtering on their connection. Calls
to tech support stated that they were not blocking, but that is tech
support.
Anyone have a contact at Genuity/Verizon Online network operations?
