On which basis inbound telemarketing calls from ostensibly non-regulated
sources may be expected to start real soon now. It is already happening
with unsolicited faxes, as some people are painfully aware.
This comment is not to be taken as a view on whether such calls would, or
would not, be caught by the new legislation. It may however be taken as
a view as to whether the telemarketers think they can get away with it!
